Shipping policy

Order processing time is 2-4 business days, in some cases your order may ship sooner. 

All orders are shipped out via USPS, Monday- Friday (business days only excluding holidays). Delivery time after an order has shipped out is approximately 1-3 business days, depending on location. Shipping confirmation will be emailed, along with tracking information.

All orders are shipped from our New York location. The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of your order as well as location. After 1 lb we charge a flat fee of $7. 

Please note that it may take 48-72 hours for tracking information to be updated by usps.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777. Body Vanity, does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, there's a re-shipping fee that will be charged in order for us to reship your order.
