The Small Print Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products returns are not currently accepted. Nonetheless we want you to be happy with your purchase, if you’re unsatisfied with your purchase contact our support team we would be happy to work with you to find a solution.

All sales are final unless an error or defect has occurred on the behalf of Body Vanity.

If you believe you received a defective item, please contact us within 2 days upon delivery. Under circumstances in which Body Vanity finds fault or damage in the product we will replace the item. Please include photos of the issue, including the packing slip and order #.

Body Vanity reserves the right to make final decisions on all orders & shipments.
